Choose your own builder, our systems ensure they will have no problem erecting the kitset. For technical advice our 0800 number is available.

Guarantees

Plans: All our plans are guaranteed as acceptable under NZ Building Code 3604.

Materials: All our materials are of the highest quality and guaranteed for the purpose for which they are intended. Roofs are guaranteed for 15 years, windows for 15 years and timber framework for 50 years. (* Conditions Apply)

Quantities: We guarantee that with good work practice we supply enough material to complete the plan.

Stability: Our company has been operating since 1989. Our manufacturing arm has been operating since 1946.
